南方鲶循环系统结构的研究

摘要: 应用循环灌注和血管铸型技术对南方鲶循环系统的结构进行了研究,结果表明:南方鲶鳃部动脉中入鳃动脉由鳃弓腹侧中部距前端约1/3处入鳃,出鳃动脉在鳃弓的前1/2到2/3处分别由两条合并为一条;躯干部至尾部具特有的背上动脉和背上静脉;静脉系统中有两条肝门静脉,尾静脉分为3支,左右两支形成肾门静脉,中间一分支形成左肝门静脉.Abstract: By means of intravascular injection and vascular cast,detailed research has been conducted on the circulatory systemic structure of Silurus meridionalis.The results show it has the features differing from that of the other species of fish. Each afferens branchial arteria enters the branchial arch at one third from its ventro-anterior tip,while at around one second to two thirds from the tip,two efferens branchial arteria in each branchial arch combine into one.From somatic to caudal region of fish body, there are the specific supradorsal arteria and the supradorsal vein.There are two hepatic portal veins lying in the vein system.The caudal vein divide into three branches, among which the middle one forms the left hepatic portal vein while the other two form the kidney portal vein.
