干藏过程中月季切花衰老的生理机制初探
Preliminary study on physiological mechanism of senescence in hybrida rose during dry storage

摘要: 测定了在干藏过程中月季品种萨蔓莎和金牌的切花瓶插寿命及衰老的生理指标.结果表明:随干藏时间的延长,鲜质量损失率增加,水势降低,水分亏缺增大;乙烯生成量增高;SOD活性前期由低升高,中期维持较高水平,后期迅速下降;细胞膜透性也逐渐增大;瓶插寿命缩短.不同品种的生理效应大小和衰老进程不同.研究结果还表明水势变化和SOD活性水平同乙烯生成、细胞膜透性变化和瓶插寿命缩短密切相关.由此推测,干藏月季切花的衰老是因花枝失水造成活性氧代谢失调,引发乙烯生成和细胞膜破坏的结果.Abstract: The vase life and physiological indices of senescence of Hybrida Rose cultivars(Samantha and Golden Medaillon) were measured during dry storage. The results show that when the time of dry storage is prolonged, the vase life is shortened and the fresh weight and the water potential are reduced .However, the ethylene formation is increased, the SOD activity rises steadily from a low level up to a higher level during the early stage ,then it remains at this level during the middle stage and declines dramatically during the late stage. The size of physiological effects and the process of senescence are different in different Hybrida Rose cultivars. The changes of water potential and SOD activity are closely related with the changes of ethylene formation, membrane permeability and vase life. The unbalance of active oxygen metabolism caused by the water loss in cut roses, leads to the formation of ethylene and damage upon membrane. These are the results of Rose cut flowers senescence during dry storage by inference.
