金属小粒子超导电性的增强与减弱效应

摘要: 用无规矩阵理论对BCS理论进行修正,得到一种处理金属小粒子超导电性的新方法.用这种方法我们发现:对于自旋s=1/2的金属小粒子,仅具有超导减弱效应;而处在s=0态的金属小粒子,同时具有超导增强和超导减弱效应.并且,金属小粒子超导电性中能隙与转变温度的关系与宏观金属中的非常类似.Abstract: BCS theory is modified by random matrices theory, and a new approach is obtained to treat superconductivity in small metallic grains. With the new approach, one can only destruction of superconductivity in s=1/2 small metallic grains, but both enhancement and destruction in superconductivity of s=0 metallic grains. And the relationship between the gap and the transition temperature in grains is very similar to that in bulk.
