摘要: 利用广义双粘度模型,论述了磁流变液的本构特性和由外磁场控制磁流变液无级变速器传递转矩和输出转速的原理,以MRF-336AG磁流变液为例,研究了外磁场与屈服应力、转矩、输出角速度的相互关系,结果表明:利用控制外磁场可以达到控制磁流变液变速器传递转矩和输出转速之目的.Abstract: This paper described the constitutive characteristics of magnetorheological(MR) fluids using a generalized bi-viscosity model and the principle of MR fluids stepless speed transmission torque and output rotational speed been under the control of the out magnetic field. Taken MR fluids MRF-336AG for example, the relations between magnetic field and yield stress, torque, output rotation speed are researched. The numerical results show that MR fluids stepless speed transmission torque and the output rotational speed can been under control of the out magnetic field.
