氯甲基二氢黄樟油素的绿色合成新方法

摘要: 报道了一种绿色合成氯甲基二氢黄樟油素的新方法 .1.00 mol(含量95.1%,来自香桂叶油)二氢黄樟油素、1.40 mol( 含量95%)多聚甲醛和360 mL36%盐酸,在70 ℃,剧烈搅拌7 h,得到氯甲基二氢黄樟油素(含量93.4%以上),产率98.6%.氯甲基化反应产生的废水经过处理可以回收盐酸,CODCr降到72 mg/L,色度降到40倍,pH变为9.

Abstract: A “green” route to the synthesis of chloromethyldihydrosafrole [1938-32-5 ] is reported. Thus, a mixture of 1.00 mol of dihydrosafrole from Cinnamomum P e trophilum Leaves Oil, 1.40 moles of paraformaldehyde and 360ml of 36%hydrochlo ric acid was stirred for 7.0 hours at 70℃ to give 98.6%yield of chloromethyl dihydrosafrole (purity ≥93.4%). 94%of hydrochloric acid can be recovered from the wastewater of chloromethylation reaction by distillation. HCl can be absorb ed by the recovered hydrochloric acid to give ≥36%of hydrochloric acid, which can be used to next chloromethylation. After wastewater from the distillation is treated, CODCr is reduced to 72 mg/L, colority is 40 time, and pH is chan ged to 9. -
