脑力劳动者职业紧张与工作能力关系
The Relation Ship Between Occupational Stress and Work Ability in Mental Workers

摘要: 为研究脑力劳动者职业紧张与工作能力之间的关系，提高工作能力，为保护脑力劳动者身心健康提供科学依据，本研究运用职业紧张量表（OSI-R）和工作能力指数（WAI）法，对491名脑力劳动者（包括教师和其他行政管理及技术人员）进行问卷调查.结果显示：①脑力劳动者的工作能力（WAI）与职业任务（ORQ）和紧张反应（PSQ）呈负相关，与个体应对资源（PRQ）呈正相关；②职业任务（ORQ）与紧张反应（PSQ）呈正相关，与个体应对资源（PRQ）呈负相关；③男性职业任务和紧张反应高于女性(P＜0.01)，而个体应对资源低于女性(P＜0.01)，工作能力无性别差异.提示可以通过有意识地提高个体应对资源，达到缓解职业紧张，提高工作能力的目的.Abstract: In order to protect mental workers' work ability and promote their work efficien cy, the study on the relationship between the occupational stress and work abil ity in 491 mental workers was carried out. The results showed that there was a n egative correlation between WAI and ORS or PSQ, and there was a positive correla tion between WAI and PQR in mental workers. The difference was significant (P <0.01); There was no significant difference of WAI between male and female, a nd so was WAI among different academic attainments. The results implied that the occupational stress might decrease the work ability, and that improvement of pe rsonal resources of the mental workers might benefit to promote their work abili ty.
