On Intestinal Bacteria Colony Morphology of Silkworm and Enzyme-Producing Correlation

  • 摘要: The relationship of intestinal bacteria colony morphology and enzyme production has been stud‐ied to help screen enzyme‐producing and microbial ecological agents in development and application .The 28 strains intestinal bacteria of silkworm have been isolated ,and the colony morphology of 7 stains bacteria have differences which have been used enzyme‐producing research . The enzyme‐producing situation of strains have been identified by screening medium ,and the strains have been identified species by means of phylogenetic analysis according to the analysis of the 18S rDNA sequencing .With the characteristic of col‐ony morphology and enzyme‐producing situation ,suggesting that phenotypic gene of the bacteria and en‐zyme‐producing gene of the bacteria exist certain relation in expression .The enzyme‐producing bacteria are Bacillus ,Staphylococcus ,Acinetobacter ,and these bacteria have a certain similarity in colony morphology which they have white colonies ,fast growth ,rough surface ,and jagged edge .It is concluded that colony mor‐phology differences in enzyme‐producing bacteria can be used as a reference for screening to reduce experimental workload and save time .For screening and probiotics provide a theoretical basis for application and development .
