综合污染指数法评价声环境质量研究--以重庆市南岸区为例

摘要: 噪声污染已成为当今城市重要的环境问题之一，如何准确评价声环境质量是控制、减轻噪声污染的前提之一。本研究构建综合污染指数法，评价2001—2010年重庆市南岸区城市区域环境噪声、道路交通噪声和功能区环境噪声。相比等效声级单因子法，综合污染指数法不但反映了等效声级的大小，还综合考虑了噪声起伏的变化、噪声污染级、受噪声影响的人群数、等效声级超标率、等效声级超标时间、等效声级超标路段长度、功能区的类别及面积等因素，更能反映声环境质量的实际情况，评价结果更合理。

Abstract: Noise pollution has become one of the most important environmental problems in urban area . How to evaluate noise environmental quality accurately is one of the precondition of controlling and reduc_ing noise pollution .Comprehensive pollution index method has been adopted in this paper to evaluate the environmental noise of urban area ,environment noise of road traffic and environment noise of functional zone in Nanan district of Chongqing from 2001 to 2010 ,and compared the result with LEQ single factor e_valuation method .Comprehensive pollution index method not only comprehensively reflects the equivalent sound level ,but also considers many factors ,such as the noise fluctuation ,noise pollution level ,the num_ber of people affected by the noise ,the ratio of equivalent sound level exceed the standard ,the amount of time that equivalent sound level exceed the standard ,the length of road that equivalent sound level exceed the standard ,the functional zone’s type and area ,so it can reflect the practical situation of noise environ_mental quality ,and the evaluation results are more reasonable .
