陕西家蚕品种资源耐氟性调查初报

摘要: 用氟敏指数法对88个家蚕品种资源的耐氟性进行调查试验及其相关性分析,结果显示:在调查试验的中系品种中,耐氟性强、中、弱、敏感品种数分别为5,7,12,13个;日系品种中,耐氟性强、中、弱、敏感品种数分别为21,9,4,7个;欧系品种中,耐氟性强、中、弱、敏感品种数分别为7,2,0,1个。品种的耐氟性与其虫蛹率呈显著正相关,与体重增长倍数、就眠率呈极显著正相关,而与眠起率、全茧量、茧层量、茧层率无明显直线相关关系。
INVESTIGATION OF FLUORINE- RESISTANCE IN SILKWORM GERMPLASM RESOURCES IN SHAANXI

Abstract: Fluorine sensitivity index was used to investigate fluorine resistance in 88 silkwom genotypes of Shaaxi Province, and the correlation between fluorine resistance and other economic characters of si1kworm was analyzed. Of the Chinese reces,5,7,12 and 13 appeared to be highly reistant,medium resistant, slightly resistant and sensitive to fiuorine, respectively. Accordingly, there were 1,9,4 and 7,and 7,2,0 and 1 genotypes in the Japanese and European races. Fluorine resistance of the genotype was correlated significantly with its survival larvapupa rate,highly significantly with its larva weight gain and molting percentage,and non- significantly with its percentage of molting and exuviating, whole cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell percentage.
