家蚕抗核型多角体病分子标记筛选的遗传基础

摘要: 家蚕对NPV抵抗性主要受一对位于常染色体上显性基因控制,又为不完全显性,Z染色体上有微效修饰基因,有偏父遗传现象存在。根据其遗传规律的特殊性,提出常染色体上NN主基因和性染色体上Z+Z+修饰基因控制假设,并得到试验验证。利用近等基因系寻找抗性分子标记,其交配方式不同,分别可构建NN,Z+Z+,NNZ+Z+3种近等基因系。同时提出F2群体寻找分子标记的交配方式。

Abstract: NPV resistance in silkworm (Bombyx mori) is mainly regulated by a pair of dominant genes on an autosome. It is, however, not complete dominance, becau se minor modifer genes are present on Chromosome Z and a patroclinal tendency is shown in inheritance. Based on the hereditary properties of NPV resistance, a h ypothesis was proposed and confirmed that the resistance is controlled by NN mai n gene on an autosome and Z+ Z+ minor genes on the sex chromosome. By diffe rent mating methods, three near isogenic lines, i.e. NN, Z+ Z+, and NN Z+ Z+, which are used in search for molecular markers of resistance, were constructed . A mating model is put forward for checking molecular markers using the F2 po pulations. -
