石斛抗真菌内生细菌的筛选及其抗菌特性的初步研究

摘要: 从药用植物石斛组织中分离到4株具有抗真菌活性的细菌菌株,其中DEB-2菌株具有比较稳定的抗真菌作用,能强烈抑制多株植物病原菌、人体病原菌、植物内生菌和食品腐败菌,显示该菌在植物真菌病害的防治、抗真菌药物的筛选、食品防霉变和植物组织培养污染真菌的防治上有一定的应用前景;抗菌机理观察,发现被拮抗菌丝尖端均有不同程度变粗、膨大、崩解或者菌丝分枝增多的现象,表明被拮抗菌丝的细胞壁可能被破坏,使细胞内原生质流出而抑制其菌丝的尖端生长.

Abstract: Four endophytic isolates with anti1fungal capacity were obtained from Dendrobium. Of these isolates, DEB-2 demonstrated stable antifungal function. It could inhibit the growth of some plant pathogenic fungi, endophytic fungi, human pathogens and fungi which may cause food spoilage. This isolate also showed a promising prospect of application in prevention and control of plant diseases and fungal contamination in plant tissue culture. Morphological abnormalities of the inhibited hyphal tips caused by the isolate, i.e. bulges, thickening, collapse or swelling and stimulation of branching, were observed, making,consequently, the growth of the hypha tips impossible. -
