摘要: 中国市场经济，由于社会主义基本制度、实现工业化与市场化过程中诸多国情的制约，其根本特性必然表现为政府主导。以市场为基础的政府主导，也就是中国政府在市场经济中的根本经济职能。以政府的有效性克服市场的无效性，最大限度地减少政府的无效性和发挥市场的积极功能，是中国市场经济健康发展的关键。中国市场经济的理想境界，就是高效的市场与强有力的政府同在。

Abstract: Conditioned by the socialistsystem and manifold national conditions in the process of industrialization andmodernization, China's market economy is inevitably characterized by governmental guiding,which is the basic economic function of the Chinese government. The key to a sounddevelopment of China's market economy lies in overcoming the invalidity on the part of themarket and the government and bringing into full play the positive functions of themarket. The ideal state of China's market economy is the unity of a highly effectivemarket and a strongly powerful government.-
