摘要: 基础教育全面实施素质教育的关键在于学科素质教育化，数学是锻炼思维的体操，数学在人类智能中处于核心地位，由此，数学教育中落实素质教育是必要的，也是可行的。在素质教育观下，数学教育迫切要求在教学内容、教学过程以及教学手段等方面进行彻底变革，变革的核心目标在于促成数学教育的现代化。

Abstract: The key to the realization ofquality education of elementary education lies in the quality education of each subject.Maths plays an importan role in the training of thinking and occupies the kernel positionin human intelligence, therefore, it is not only urgent but also feasible to carry outquality education of maths. In terms of quality education, maths teaching should bereformed in contents, process and methods with the purpose of modernization.-
