Abstract: Teacher education professional communities of universities,primary and secondary schools are professional partners formed by embracing the basic goals and embedding the main tasks into the context of communities.Each partner encounters different problems and bear their own uniqueness and complexity.During the process of fostering partnership between universities,primary and second-ary schools and other institutions,this calls for active participation and interaction as well as ongoing construction and improvement among partners so as to achieve the common goals and resolve individu-al problems.
