  • The occurrence and epidemics of plant diseases which are triggered by inappropriate human intervention or unexpected events. In view of the new problems in agricultural production in China for more than half a century, this paper points out the urgency of agricultural green production, puts forward its principle and strategies. It emphasizes that adhering to agricultural green production is beneficial to control the occurrence and prevalence of plant diseases, also the essential principle that nature can only be maintained by letting nature take its course. Finally, the importance of strengthening plant medicine to ecological control of plant diseases in agricultural green production was expounded. The results of the study were aimed at promoting the balance of agro-ecosystem and ensuring the health of plant population.
