  • Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the party and the state have paid more and more attention to the construction of high-quality teachers and the spiritual world of teachers. The spirit of educationalists is the precious spiritual wealth of the teaching staff, which embodies the unity of loving the country and loving the cause of education, the fusion of moral cultivation and professional ethics, the integration of educational wisdom and pedagogical artistry, the integration between the pursuit of excellence and innovation, the unity of educational emotion and educational complex,and the integration of educational vision and educational pursuit.In the historical process of comprehensively promoting a strong country in education,vigorously promoting the spirit of educationalists is of epoch-making significance,which is conducive to enriching the theoretical and spiritual support for the construction of the teacher team, condensing the spiritual core of the teacher team, promoting the high-quality development of teacher education, and giving full play to the radiation role of the spirit of educationalists.The cultivation of educator spirit is in line with the need of strengthening education in a powerful country.The benign cultivation mechanism of “Purpose-Cultivation-Evaluation-Re-Cultivation” by clarifying the cultivation goals,grasping the correct direction of cultivation,building a cultivation pattern,creating a three-dimensional cultivation system,exploring cultivation strategies,using scientific cultivation methods,implementing cultivation monitoring,and establishing a comprehensive evaluation system,so as to improve the cultivation and spirit of teachers with the spirit of educationalists.
