Abstract

A good school is usually closely related with an outstanding principal, and an outstanding principal cannot stand alone from their pursuit of educational ideals. It is just his active exploration and personal practice of their educational ideals that bring the essence of education to the present and to the everyday school life. The principal is the educator and the educator is the principal, which embodies the developing direction of school education.
