On Results of Kronecker Product and Hadamard Product of C-Matrices

Abstract

Using the equivalent condition for C-matrices and the skills of magnifying and shrinking of inequality, the Kronecker product (sum) and the Hadamard product for C-matrices are considered.It is shown that the Kronecker product of two C-matrices is in the class of C-matrices, but is not for the Kronecker sum of two C-matrices.Meanwhile, some sufficient conditions such that the Hadamard product of two C-matrices lies in the class of C-matrices are given.Numerical examples are included to illustrate the conclusions.
