Abstract: It is generally concerned to the small town's development pattern in the patterns of city's development in China. In the integrative progress of urban and rural area, small town continues to expand because it plays an important role in connecting city and countryside. And its range and quality of expansion has raised year by year. So it will have great importance to the small town's more active development in the city's system and more positive role in the progress of integration of city and countryside when approaching the expansive power, ways and land use problems of small town.
