An Analysis on Influencing Factors of Farmers'Land Transfer Decision in Poverty-Stricken Areas---Based on Household Survey of 5 Provinces

摘要: 贫困地区的土地流转关乎广大农户的基本生活和农业方式发展，当地土地流转决策影响因素值得关注。结合来自贫困县的1316个农户调研数据，运用Heckman两阶段模型进行实证研究，结果表明：①对资源合理配置的考虑以及追求家庭收入最大化，是农户土地流转时最主要的考虑因素；②参与土地流转的农户可分为3类：转出土地的迫于生计外出打工者和追求高收入非农就业者、转入土地的扩大规模农业经营者；③贫困地区土地流转受多因素影响，土地转出数量不足，制约了当地的土地流转。

Abstract: Farmers'land transfer in poverty-stricken areas has many specialties ,and it is worthy of paying attention to .Based on the survey data of 1316 households of 11 poverty-stricken counties ,the results indi-cate three aspects as follow s :firstly ,rational configuration of resources ,and the pursuit of family income maximization ,is the most important consideration w hen of peasant household land transfer .Secondly ,ac-cording to the difference of aims ,we can divide the farmers who transfer their land into three types :mi-grant workers for livelihood ,migrant workers for higher profit and professional farmers .Last but not least ,the land transfer in poverty-stricken areas are limited by few number of renting-out-land ,mainly causing by many factors ,such as bad natural environment ,traditional concept ,production habits and high conversion price .
