农户参与小型农田水利建设意愿及影响因素分析--以重庆市潼南县为例

摘要: 在对重庆市潼南县120户农户调查的基础上，运用二元Logistic模型分析农户参与小型农田水利建设的意愿及影响因素，研究表明：农户参与小型农田水利建设意愿受个人及家庭特征、农业生产特征、心理认知状况和村庄特征等因素的共同影响。其中，易旱易涝面积比重、种粮收入占家庭总收入的比重、农户对粮食补贴政策的评价等因子显著影响农户的参与意愿。认为国家应加大粮食补贴力度，扩大补贴范围；加强对农户的宣传教育；增加对农村小型农田水利建设资金的投入。Abstract: Based on the data on the research of 120 peasant households in Tongnan County ,Chongqing ,an empirical analysis has been made in the paper on the motivation of peasant households to participate in small-scale irrigation and water conservancy construction and the influencing factors by means of the appli-cation of binary logic mode .Research reveals that the motivation of the peasant households is effected by personal character ,family characteristic ,mental cognition and the character of the village especially by the proportion of drought-prone and waterlogged area , the proportion of grain revenue in the total of the household income and the evaluation of grain subsidy policy .Therefore ,the government should increase grain subsidy and expand its scope ,strengthen publicity and education to households and increase the fun-ding for rural small-scale irrigation and water conservancy construction .
