重庆市城镇化质量测度及其驱动因子分析

摘要: 从城镇化质量的内涵出发，建立定量评价城镇化质量的指标体系，运用熵值法、贡献率和贡献弹性分析法，测算出1998年－2012年重庆市城镇化质量指数，并分析城镇化质量演变规律和驱动因子。结果显示：重庆市城镇化质量整体有显著提升，且速度不断加快；经济持续稳定增长是重庆市城镇化质量提升最为稳定、持续的推动力；经济发展质量、城镇居民生活质量、社会发展质量是当前重庆市城镇化质量提升的“支柱引擎”，但未来贡献弹性缺乏；生态环境质量、城乡统筹发展质量当前贡献率小，但贡献弹性显著，是提高未来重庆市城镇化质量的“主导引擎”。Abstract: We can establish an evaluation system of urbanization quality from urbanization quality connota‐tion ,with entropy method ,factor contribution rate and contribution elasticity analysis to calculate the ur‐banization quality index , analyzing the evolvement rules and driving factors of urbanization quality in Chongqing from 1998 to 2012 .From the relative data ,we can draw a conclusions :Generally ,the enhance‐ment of urbanization quality in Chongqing is significant ,w hose grow th continues to accelerate ;Steady de‐velopment of economy is the most reliable and continuous impetus of urbanization quality ;T he quality of e‐conomic ,w hole social development and urban residents' living rapidly grow up to be the“pillars”of the ur‐banization quality in Chongqing ,but whose contribution is not elastic in the future ;The contribution rate of ecological environment and overall urban‐rural development quality is small ,but the contribution is elas‐tic ,which will become the “Main engine” of the urbanization quality in Chongqing in the future .
