一步合成以组氨酸为碳源的碳点
On One-Step Synthesis of Carbon Dots Based on Histidine

摘要: 碳点作为碳纳米材料的新成员,具有良好的光学稳定性和生物低毒性,倍受人们关注。现有关制备碳点的方法层出不穷,但合成碳点的产率低且过程繁琐,消耗过大,浪费过多,不够方便快捷。研究以适当比例的组氨酸、五氧化二磷和超纯水混合,一步碳化法合成碳点的方法,其合成的碳点分散性良好,在不同的盐浓度、pH、温度下荧光信号都很稳定,荧光寿命较长,且在常温下便可进行,合成条件要求低,简便且经济,优于传统的制备方法。该碳点其优良的性能在纳米材料用于检测分析及生物成像方面具有潜在的意义。Abstract: Carbon dots have attracted much attention as a new member of carbon nanomaterials owing to the excellent optical stability and low biotoxicity .Nowadays methods for the preparation of carbon dots are emerging one after another with the shortages of low yield ,complicated process ,consuming too much and inconvenience .It is supposed to put forward a simple synthesis method .In this study ,carbon dots have been synthesized by means of a one‐step synthesis method with an appropriate proportion of histidine , phosphorus pentoxide and ultra‐pure water mixed directly .The carbon dots synthesized by this method show satisfactory dispersity ,long fluorescence lifetime and stable fluorescence intensity in the environment of different salinity ,power of hydrogen (pH) ,temperature and time stability test factors .It can react at room temperature which requires less conditions factor ,cost less and can be simpler than others .As to the traditional synthesis method ,this carbon dots have potential meaning in detection analysis and biological imaging due to its excellent performance for application in nanomaterials .
