中原地区旅游产业资源配置有效性评价
On Efficiency Evaluation and Analysis for Resources Allocation of Tourism Industry---With Central Plains Area as an Example

摘要: 为实现对旅游产业资源配置有效性的科学评价，该文构建了1个三层评价模型。模型将总体配置有效性分解为3个二级指标，进而将二级指标又进一步细分为13个三级指标。选取层次分析法作为此模型的求解方法，先计算各个指标重要程度的评估矩阵，再计算旅游产业资源配置的总体得分。实证结论显示，自然资源对中原地区的旅游产业资源配置影响最大，服务资源次之。此外，中原地区旅游产业资源配置有效性存在较大差异，郑州的配置情况最为合理。该文的研究工作可以层次化、定量化地评价旅游产业资源配置的有效性。Abstract: In order to realize the scientific evaluation of the resources allocation effectiveness of the tourism industry ,a new three layer model has been built .First ,allocation effectiveness has been decomposed into 3 second‐level indexes .Second ,3 second‐level indexes have been further subdivided into 13 third‐level in‐dex .Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been selected as the method to solve this model .The impor‐tance degree has been calculated in evaluation matrix ,and then the overall score been calculated of re‐sources allocation of tourism industry .Empirical results show that the natural resources have the greatest effect on the distribution of tourist resources in Henan Province ,and the next is service resources .In addi‐tion ,there is a big difference of allocation effectiveness of tourism industry resources in Central Plains are‐a ,Zhengzhou has the most reasonable configuration .The research work of this paper is to evaluate the ef‐ficiency of resource allocation in tourism industry hierarchily and quantitatively .
