基于DEA的企业管理效率评价与实证研究
On Comprehensive Evaluation for Enterprise Innovation Human Management Efficiency with Multi Input and Output Structure f rom Perspective of Non Parameter Data Envelopment Analysis Model

摘要: 以企业管理效率评价方法为研究对象，分析了管理效率的内涵及对企业发展的作用，通过梳理现有的效率评价方法，认为数据包络分析方法是评价企业管理效率的有效方法，并将超效率数据包络分析模型应用于在传统DEA模型中相对有效的决策单元，从而为确定其相对排序提供了可行路径。最后，以澳柯玛位于我国西南地区的所属经销子公司为对象，介绍了此方法的具体应用过程，并为评价对象营销管理效率的改进提供了可行路径及完善和改进的建议。Abstract: T he paper takes the comprehensive evaluation for the enterprise innovation human management efficiency as the research object ,based on the analysis of the connotation of the management efficiency and its effect on the development of the enterprise ,the paper presents that the data envelopment analysis meth‐od is the effective model for the comprehensive evaluation for the enterprise innovation human management efficiency ,and the super efficiency data envelopment analysis method is introduced into the application of the problem which provides a feasible way for the improvement of the decision unit .Finally ,an example has been taken to show the process of the method and some countermeasures are presents .
