云南扁萤幼虫与雌成虫头部显微特征比较
Observation on Microscopic Features of Head of Larva and Female Adult of Lampy rigera Yunnana (Fairmaire,1897)

摘要: 云南扁萤幼虫能够捕食蜗牛和蛞蝓等，其成虫主要以露水汁液为食，但造成其幼虫和成虫捕食机制差异的原因仍不明确。该文利用超景深三维显微镜对云南扁萤 Lampyrigera yunnana（Fairmaire ，1897）幼虫与雌成虫头部形态进行观察比较，重点比较幼虫与雌成虫口器差异。结果表明：云南扁萤雌成虫头部外观形态与幼虫极其相似，如雌成虫复眼不发达，与幼虫侧单眼相似。但幼虫与雌成虫口器特征存在差异，幼虫上颚外侧具长条形凹槽，上颚1／3处内侧有一齿状突起；而雌成虫上颚外侧无凹槽，内侧也无齿状突起。从口器基本构造来看，扁萤雌成虫不取食的主要原因可能是雌成虫上颚外部的凹槽消失。Abstract: The larva of Lampyrigera yunnana(Fairmaire ,1897) can hunt snails and slugs ,and the adults feed mainly on dew juice .The difference between the feed mechanism of larvae and adults remains unclear . The head structures of larva and female adult has been observed by 3D Super Depth Digital Microscope ,of which the differences of their mouthparts are the main part .The results show that female adults' head morphology similar to the larva is extremely ,female adults' compound eyes are undeveloped and similar to the lateral ocelli of larvae .But the mouthparts' characteristic of the larva and the adult female has differ‐ences :the larvae have an elongated groove on the lateral of mouthparts and a denticulation at the 1/3 inner side of mandible .The laterals of female adults' mandibles have no groove ,and the inner sides also have no denticulation .From the mouthparts of basic structure ,we hypothesise that female adults' mandibles have no groove is the main reason of female adults' non‐feeding .
