固相微萃取法测定白酒中BHC,DDT的应用研究
On Application of Volatile Components in White Spirit by HS-SPME

摘要: 利用农残六六六(BHC)、滴滴涕(DDT)等成分在特定固定相中吸附能力强、易解吸的特点,用固相微萃取(SPME)提取经预处理后白酒中的BHC与DDT,用GC分析,不同类型的BHC和DDT检测限量为0.02~1 μg/L,平均回收率在92.38%~101.36%之间,相关系数R2均大于0.999,该方法准确可靠,满足白酒中微量BHC与DDT的分析.Abstract: Residue pesticide such as benzenehexachloride (BHC) and Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) can be well absorbed on the specific stationary phase, on the other hand, they are easy be released out under another condition. Taking advantage of these features, we applied solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatograph (GC) to analyze trace pesticide in white wine, The results show the analytic method is reproducible and reliable one, and it is satisfy to check trace pesticide in white wine; the limit of detection is 0.02-1 μg/L, average recovery ratio is 92.38-101.36%, correlation coefficient R2 is over 0.999.
