Current Situation and Improvement Suggestions of Quality Standards for Pesticide Technical Material in China

摘要: 质量标准是提高农药产品质量控制水平的重要依据.我国已经发布并有效的农药原药质量标准共213项，涉及203种有效成分，以国家标准、行业标准、团体标准为主，地方标准较少.存在的主要问题包括部分农药原药标准缺失、部分标准标龄过长或者存在错误、部分标准未及时废止.建议加大新标准制订力度，及时对现有标准进行复审修订，加快化工行业标准向国家或者农业行业标准转化.Abstract: The quality standard is an important basis for improving the quality control level of pesticide products. In China, the government has issued 213 valid quality standards of pesticide technical materials, involving 203 valid ingredients, most of which are national standards, industry standards or group standards, and few are local standards. The main problems are absence of standards for some pesticide technical material, the long age of some standards or errors in them, and failure in timely abolition of some standards. It is proposed that the formulation of new standards should be strengthened, the existing standards should be reviewed and revised in good time, and the transformation of chemical industry standards to national or agricultural industry standards should be sped up.
