摘要: 我国当代基础教育新课程改革带动了教育领域内全方位、深层次的变革,使大学与中小学之间的伙伴协作关系有了长足的发展。大学与中小学的伙伴协作关系是一种旨在促进教师的专业发展,进而推动学校变革的学习共同体。广西师范大学通过“广西21世纪园丁工程”项目实施、“基础教育课程与教学研究及其人才培养创新团队”建设,进行了“大学-中小学”伙伴协作构建学习共同体的有益探索。下一个10年,广西师范大学还将以职后特级教师工作坊为主体反哺教师职前教育,以教育联盟学校为基地提升职前职后一体化研究品质,以此拓展“大学-中小学”的伙伴协作关系,实现合作共赢。Abstract: Contemporary reform of the new elementary education curriculum in our country brings along allround deep changes in the education field, which pushes considerable development in the partner collaboration between universities and elementary and secondary schools. Partner cooperation forms a learning community between universities and primary and secondary schools, aiming at promoting teachers professional development and school change. Our school has carried out some experimental exploration in building learning community through the projects of “The 21st Gardener Program in Guangxi” and “Innovation Team of Research and Personnel Training in Basic Education”. In the next ten years, our school will enhance preservice education through inpost excellent teacher workshop and promote continuous training of preservice and inpost teachers based in the education alliance schools. In doing so, we aim to extend the “universityprimary and secondary schools” partnership and achieve winwin cooperation.
