教师教学智慧的养成
Cultivation of Teachers’ Teaching Wisdom

摘要: 随着我国课程与教学改革的深入发展,教师的教学智慧成为人们关注的热点。教师教学智慧是教师在应对复杂多变的教学情境时,体现出的一种睿智、敏捷、高效地处理教学事务的能力,反映了教师所具有的综合素养。教师教学智慧的养成,是教师综合素养不断提高、教学境界不断提升的过程,是教师精心筹划、系统训练、多途径、多措施积极主动地养成和积淀的过程。教师要不断充实专业知识,学会转识成智;要跳出教学惯习的束缚,形成教学个性;要开展教学研究,不断反思教学实践;要关注教学细节,提高教学的敏感性;要改变思维方式,提升智慧品性。Abstract: With the deepening of the reform of China’s curriculum and teaching, the teachers’ teaching wisdom is now a new focus. The teaching wisdom is one of the teacher capacities to manage teaching affairs intelligently and efficiently, when the teachers face the complicated teaching situations, giving an expression to teachers’ comprehensive qualities. The cultivation of the teachers’ teaching wisdom is a process of improving teachers’ literacy and teaching states and proactively accumulation of teachers’ well planned and systematic training with much more measures. Teachers should take some measures such as enriching the professional knowledge continuously and learning to turn knowledge into wisdom, getting rid of teaching habitus and forming personality teaching, making teaching researches and rethinking teachings’ practice, paying attention on teaching details and improving teaching sensitivities, and transforming the way of thinking and promoting wisdom character.
