摘要: 全纳教师教育是国外教师教育发展的一种新趋势。全纳教师教育是将全纳教育作为一种指导思想贯穿在教师教育过程中。全纳教师教育的发展,表明了目前的教师教育在作用、效果、研究、理论等方面还存在许多问题,教师教育的发展亟待将全纳教育作为教师教育专业知识的一个重要方面,让所有的教师了解和掌握全纳教育的思想和方法,以此来促进学校教育的发展和教师个人的专业发展。同时,全纳教育应成为教师教育理论关注的领域,因为全纳教育对教师教育的作用和价值、对教师专业的培养、对教师满足不同的学生需求等方面具有重要的意义。Abstract: Inclusive teacher Education is a new international trend in teacher education. Inclusive teacher education is one of the guidelines in the development of teacher education, because there are some problems in the function, result, research and theories of teacher education. It is necessary to take inclusive education as an important part of teacher professional knowledge and let all teachers have some basic idea about inclusive education and do some research on inclusive education. It is very important to manage the inclusive education for teachers in the teachers professional development and meet the needs of all students.
