Study on the Dynamic of Land Price Index in Chongqing Municipality

摘要: 以重庆市地价指数为研究对象，分析它的动态变 化特点，并在与其它物价指数对比分析的基础上，找出了地价指数的动态变化机制，从而论 证了该指数的科学性，最后运用趋势法，并结合定性研究，预测出未来3年的地价指数.Abstract: Taking land price index of Chongqing municipality as th e object, this paper analyzes its dynamic feature in every period. On the base o f comparative analysis with other price index , it studies the changing principl e of land price index, and demonstrates the scientificalness of the index. Fi nally, it predicts the land price index in next three years with the quantitativ e and qualitative methods.
