柱对称超晶格中电子能谱特征探讨
The study on the featur of electron energy spectrum in column symmetrin super-lattice

摘要: 建立了柱对称超晶格异质结构中电子运动满足的薛定谔方程,采用微扰法推导出电子能谱的色散关系;证明了柱状超晶格中电子能谱存在着容许带和禁带的交错;讨论了共轴异质层厚度以及异质系统核心半径对电子能谱的影响.Abstract: Fist,an applicable Schrdinger Equation for the electron movement in the heterogenity structure of the column symmetric super-Lattice is established.Then the dispersion relations of the electron energy spectrum by adopting the micro-method is discussed.And the existence of alternation between conductive band and forbidden band in the electron energy spectrum of the column super-lattice is proved.At last,the thickness of the couxal heterogenity layer and the influence of the radius of the heterogenity system core on the electron energy spectrum are discussed.
