基于试验方法的转向盘角阶跃输入汽车响应仿真及优化

摘要: 应用ADAMS/CAR建立某轿车刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,按照最新国标GB/T 63232014进行转向盘转角阶跃输入试验虚拟仿真并按照QC/T 4801999进行评分.选取前悬架部分硬点坐标为优化变量,转向盘角阶跃输入试验横摆角速度响应时间为优化目标,优化前的评分为88.6分,优化后的评分为94.3分.这样在实际产品未生产出来之前进行仿真预估其操纵稳定性,在实际产品出来后进行试验,便于对比.Abstract: A rigid‐flexible coupled multi‐body dynamic model has beenbuilt in this paperbased on ADAMS/Car ,the virtual simulation of steering w heel angle step input test carried out according to the new est Chi‐nese National Standard GB/T 6323-2014 ,and the result scored according to the QC/T 480 -1999 .Take few hard‐point coordinates of the front suspension as optimization variables ,and take the yaw rate re‐sponse time of steering w heel angle step input test as optimization objective .T he score before optimazation was 88 .6 and achieves 94 .3 after optimazation .This enables the prediction of handling stability before the products come out ,and compare with the real test results after the products release .
