目前,玉米在我国谷物总产量中超过小麦,居第1位.由于玉米生长期正值高温、多雨季节,杂草滋长快,如除草不及时往往造成草荒,从而严重影响玉米的产量和品质.化学除草是防治杂草的主要方法,而当前由于用药量过大、混用不当,施用时期有误等易造成玉米药害,如一般玉米苗后除草剂使用的安全期为3~5叶期,2叶期以下或6叶期以上容易产生药害,而酰胺类除草剂的使用应避免多雨高湿天气[1].所以,明确玉米苗后常用除草剂对玉米的安全性在农业生产应用中具有重要的指导意义.
选取生产上常用的玉米田除草剂烟嘧磺隆、莠去津以及烟·莠作为试验药剂,国内外对这3种药剂的药效试验研究较多,但对这3种药剂大田施用对玉米的生物学特性及产量影响的研究相对较少.为此,本文研究这3种药剂的推荐剂量和倍量对玉米常用品种郑单958生物学特性及产量的影响,以指导田间用药,从而减轻和避免除草剂对玉米的药害,为实际生产提供指导.

Abstract: Three herbicides, 4% nicosulfuron suspending agent, 38% atrazine suspending agent and 24% nicosulfuron·atrazine dispersed oil suspending agent, which were commonly used in the fields, were selected, and respectively spray at five-leaf stage of maize Zhengdan958 with the recommended dose and double dose, manual weeding as controls. By measuring SPAD value, plant height, leaf area and yield of the different treatments evaluated its influence on corn. The results show that: Compared with the control, both the recommended dose of nicosulfuron, atrazine, nicosulfuron·atrazine and the recommended double dose of nicosulfuron, nicosulfuron·atrazine had a certain inhibition to the early growth stage of maize Zhengdan958, the recommended double dose of atrazine had a certain promotion to the early growth stage of maize Zhengdan958, the recommended dose of nicosulfuron, nicosulfuron·atrazine increased the yield of corn, other treatments induced the yield of corn.
