摘要: The experiment has been designed to investigate the effect of Buzhong Yiqi powder on Classical Swine Fever (SWF) vaccine in order to improve its immune effect .Classical Swine Fever ,which is mainly prevented and controlled by vaccine ,is one of the List A infectious diseases of animals .However ,the im‐mune effect with vaccine is not so good .The experiment has been designed to investigate the immune effect of Buzhong Yiqi powder on Classical Swine Fever vaccine before or after injecting .Twenty seven healthy 30‐day‐old piglets have been selected and divided into 3 groups :experimental group 1 and 2 ,and control group .For the control group ,only Classical Swine Fever vaccine is immunized .For the experimental group 1 ,vaccine is immunized after feeding Buzhong Yiqi powder with the proportion of 0 .2% in feeds for one week .But for the experimental group 2 ,vaccine is immunized ,and Buzhong Yiqi powder with the proportion of 0 .2% in feeds is fed at the same time .Serum antibody level is detected by the method of in‐direct hemagglutination test before and 7 ,30 d after immunization .The results show that serum antibody level is significantly increased after feeding Buzhong Yiqi powder . And the ratio of immunoprotection maintains at the level of 88 .9% .It suggests that Buzhong Yiqi powder can enhance the immune effect of Classical Swine Fever vaccine .
