On Conditions of Immobilization and Its Effects on Characterization of Peroxidase from Ipomoea Aquatica Forsk

摘要: Electrophoresis‐purity peroxidase (POD) from Ipomoea aquatica Forskhas beenimmobilized with 0 .2% PVA‐CA as carrier ,saturated boric acid solution as cross linker and CaCl2 as fixing agent .Their effects on POD immobilizationare determined by means of single factor analysis ,and the optimal combina‐tion of their agents via orthogonal test are 0 .2% PVA 3% CA ,the 1∶2 ratio between PVA‐VA and en‐zyme ,saturated boric acid 6% CaCl2 and 45min immobilizing time .After immobilization ,the optimal temperature ,stability in high temperature and the reuse stability enhanced .Abstract: 固定化; 蕹菜; 过氧化物酶; 理化性质
