摘要: 师范专业认证是以教师培养质量提升为旨归的国家顶层制度设计,是党和国家教师队伍建设方针政策落地的重要抓手,是蕴含师范教育价值功能的教育评估举措。随着师范专业认证工作走向深入和教育高质量发展新引擎的启动,影响师范专业建设和发展的一些深层次问题需要理性面对并引起足够重视。师范专业认证既要面向教育实践又要在实践中发展,既要立足现实又要回应时代之需,主动融纳新时代新思想、新要求,完善自身功能和内在质量,在动态实施中传递更充分更高强的能量,不断提升认证品质、体现价值创新,进一步发挥破解瓶颈问题、引导内涵发展、推进咨询服务、完善监控督促的综合功能。

Abstract: Teacher professional certification is a national top-level system design for the purpose of improving the quality of teacher training. It is an important starting point for the implementation of teacher development policies of the Party and the country,and a measure of education evaluation that contains the value function of normal education. With the deepening of teacher professional certification and actuation of high-quality education development,some deep problems affecting the construction and development of teacher profession need to be faced rationally and attract enough attention. Teacher professional certification should be oriented to both education practice and development in practice,based on reality and responding to The Times,actively incorporate new ideas and requirements of the new era,improve its own functions and internal quality,and pass more full and higher energy in dynamic implementation,constantly improve the quality of certification and reflect value innovation. It should further play the comprehensive functions of cracking bottlenecks,guiding connotation development,promoting consulting services,and improving monitoring and supervision.
