大学教师的学术人格

摘要: 人格是人在满足人性的各种需要的活动中形成的。大学教师的学术人格是大学教师在满足其学术发展需要的学术活动中,在心理和行为上所表现出的一种明显的稳定的特征。学术人格是人的基本人格即智慧人格中的一种,它与政治人格、道德人格共同构成了大学教师的人格结构。大学教师的学术人格是相对的自由学术人格,即消极的自由人格。大学教师的学术人格从类型上看,包括心理人格和行为人格。心理人格包括心理过程和个性心理上所表现出的人格特征;行为人格包括学习人格、教学人格、科研人格及社会服务活动人格。研究大学教师学术人格,一方面是认识和提升自身学术人格的需要;另一方面,对大学教师群体认识和塑造学术人格会有一定的参考作用,对学生而言,也能使其更好地认识和学习大学教师的学术人格。Abstract: Personality is formed in the activities of meeting all kinds of needs of humanity. The academic personality of university teachers is an apparent and stable characteristic shown both in psychology and behavior of the university teachers in the academic activities of meeting the needs of academic development. The academic personality is one of the basic personalities, i.e. intelligent personality. It constitutes the personality structure of university teachers with political personality and moral personality. It is a kind of academic personality with relative freedom i.e. pessimistic freedom. It has two types: psychological personality and behavioral personality. The psychological personality contains the personality characteristics shown in psychological process and personal psychology. Behavioral personality contains learning personality, teaching personality, scientific research personality and social service personality. To research the academic personality of university teachers, on the one hand, is the need in recognizing and improving ones own academic personality. On the other hand, it can help university teachers to recognize and shape academic personality and also help students to recognize and study teachers personality.
