摘要: 在我国城市土地价格与政府行为之间具有强相关关系.从我国城市土地产权结构和城市土地市场结构的现实出发，以土地供求关系为切入点，剖析了城市土地价格与政府行为二者间的关系，并就如何完善政府行为，提高城市用地效率提出了政策建议.Abstract: Land price in city is closely related to the government conduct in our country.It is based on the reality of the structure of citys land property rights and land market, the relationship of supply and demands is emphasized to analyze the connections of citys land price and the government conduct.Finally,some policy suggestions are given to perfect the government conduct and improve the efficiency of land use in city.
