Effect of 2,4-D on Tomato Aseptic Seedling Growth

摘要: 通过测定不同的2,4-D浓度对番茄种子出芽率,无菌苗株高,胚轴直径以及对根长的影响,得出以下结论:2,4-D处理浓度为0.5mg/L时种子出芽率最高,随着2,4-D浓度的增高,株高及根长受抑制,而胚轴的直径却随着浓度的增加而变粗.Abstract: Based on the result of 2,4-D (with different concentrations ) on the tomato seed germination percentage, aseptic seedling height, plumular axis diameter and root length, it is concluded that the seed germination percentage is the highest when the concentrations of 2,4-D is 0.5 mg/L. The seedling height and root length are reduced while the plumular axis diameter becomes larger with increasement of 2,4-D concentrations.
