  • Based on the analysis of the Opinions from the State Council of PRC on the Implementation of Deepening the Reform on the Examination and Enrollment System,the pilot program carried out in Zhejiang and Shanghai,this paper discusses possible problems on the teaching content,the teaching model and the academic proficiency test in middle schools under the new scheme.The following strate-gies are put forward after conducting researches:adjusting curriculum of each high-school subject;implementing a non-graded system in high school teaching;emphasizing the selectivity and scientific natures of academic tests;improving the college enrollment plan.
