Academic Report as an Effective Way to Enhance Effectiveness of In-service Teacher Training

Abstract: Currently, the "academic report", as a brand new idea, can solve the absence of management, which is the key problem for the low efficiency of in-service teacher training. It can not only launch the idea innovation for the training management by harmonizing the relations among universities, training institutions and teachers, but also promote the initiative as well as self-consciousness of those teachers during the whole process of training. In addition, the academic report also includes the functions of evaluations, media and file records, which has provided a novel guidance for the effective training of in-service teachers. During the training practice, the implementation for the academic report should be promoted in the aspects of concepts, systems and scientific designs.
