On Extraction and Separation Technology of Gallic Acid in Pu'er Tea

  • Firstly ,through the orthogonal experiment ,the optimal extraction conditions of Gallic acid in Pu'er tea are at the temperature of 90 ℃ for 70 min ,with the ratio of liquid to solid of 1∶24 .Then under the optimal conditions ,the dynamic saturated adsorption test has been adopted to compare the separation effect of eight kinds of resins for Gallic acid .It has beenfound that the Gallic acid yield in the spent regen‐erants of polyamide of 60-100 mesh ,and resin of 30-60 mesh are higher ,63 .65% and 62 .82% respec‐tively ;that of the other six kind macro porous resins is lower ,that of HPD600 lowest ,only 30 .39% . Compared with macro porous resins ,polyamide resin is more conducive to prepare Gallic acid from Pu 'er T ea .
