Abstract

Under the changing educational reform environment,the high level thinking will produce chain reaction,which will lead to resonance in universities,and bring about financial reform.Based on the "double first-class" principal,we creatively discuss and analyze the impact on the university financial management of "double first-class" construction,and put forward the effective innovation and reform framework,which has theoretical and practical meaning to improve the level of "double first-class" construction and financial management.
