Abstract
Use of soil fumigants can effectively reduce the number of harmful microorganisms in the soil, and have a certain implantation effect on soil-borne disease prevention and control measures. However, the effects of different fumigation years need to be further explored.In this study, a field experiment was conducted to compare the effects of using dazomet for two years, one year and the treatment without the fumigant on tobacco growth and bacterial wilt disease. The results showed that the treatment ofusing dazomet for two years has a better effect on the growth of tobacco plants, and can significantly increase the maximum leaf length, maximum leaf width, and plant height during the topping stage of the tobacco plant, and the fresh weight and the relative content of chlorophyll in the middle of the tobacco leaves during the dome period. It also has a better prevention and control effect on tobacco bacterial wilt, and the prevention and control effect reaches 52.27% during the peak period.The results of the study reveal the effects of different fumigation years of dazomet on the prevention and control of tobacco bacterial wilt, which is expected to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the actual tobacco production and control of bacterial wilt.
