Field Efficacy of 30% Pyrin·Thiamidomide Suspension Concentrate on Rice Planthopper

  • In order tounderstand the safety of using pesticides in agricultural production and to provide a scientific basis for the application of pyrimidine·clothianidam in a large area, in this study, we investigated the field efficacy of 30% pyrimidine·clothianidam suspension concentrate against rice planthopper, with 20% enidetamine aqueous solution and 25% pyrimidine suspension concentrate as the control agents. The results showed that 30% pyryzhid·clothianidam suspension concentrate was safe to the rice crop, its control efficacy on rice planthopper was higher than that of the two control agents, and its field efficacy increased with the prolongation of application time. After application of the tested insecticide for 15 d, the population of rice planthopper was reduced by 90.33%, and the field efficacy on rice planthopper was 93.56%.
