Current Situation on Registration of Pesticide Water Dispersible Granule Product in China and Improvement Suggestions

  • Water dispersible granule (WG) is a new pesticide formulation developed from abroad in 1980s. In this paper, the present situation and existing problems on registration of water dispersible granule product in China were analyzed, and some suggestions for improvement were put forward, such as strengthening R & D and registration of water dispersible granule product, appropriately increasing the content of active components of some products, standardizing the name of dosage form and strengthening the quality supervision.
