Internal leadership System in Universities in the Construction of Modern University System

Abstract: The construction of modern university system is the important strategic mission outlined in Chinas national education plan. The system of President responsibility under the leadership of the party committee of public institutions of higher learning in Chinas internal leadership system is the basic characteristic of modern university system in China. There are some outstanding problems in the operation process. In the construction of modern university system, the President responsibility system under the leadership of party committees must be reformed to constantly promote innovation of college leadership system and working mechanism.
