  • Contemporary reform of the new elementary education curriculum in our country brings along allround deep changes in the education field, which pushes considerable development in the partner collaboration between universities and elementary and secondary schools. Partner cooperation forms a learning community between universities and primary and secondary schools, aiming at promoting teachers professional development and school change. Our school has carried out some experimental exploration in building learning community through the projects of “The 21st Gardener Program in Guangxi” and “Innovation Team of Research and Personnel Training in Basic Education”. In the next ten years, our school will enhance preservice education through inpost excellent teacher workshop and promote continuous training of preservice and inpost teachers based in the education alliance schools. In doing so, we aim to extend the “universityprimary and secondary schools” partnership and achieve winwin cooperation.

Construction of Partner Community Between Universities and Primary And Secondary Schools

Abstract: Contemporary reform of the new elementary education curriculum in our country brings along allround deep changes in the education field, which pushes considerable development in the partner collaboration between universities and elementary and secondary schools. Partner cooperation forms a learning community between universities and primary and secondary schools, aiming at promoting teachers professional development and school change.
